Инвестиции транснациональных компаний в реальные активы за границей. ТНК (см. Multinational company) обычно вкладывают капитал в создание новых производственных мощностей и строительство складских и офисных помещений в разных странах мира (см. Greenfield investment). Они также могут участвовать в слияниях и поглощениях, инвестируя таким образом в уже существующие зарубежные компании (см. также Foreign investment).
